IMO. Insanely low under over. Both teams love pace so possessions should be high. Get that we played triple ot and legs could be wobbly. But the extra possessions and the fact X pretty efficient on offense should still make this one a high scoring game.

Only Xs 5th true road game of the year. Amazing.(for context we’ve played 5 road games just in conference ). X is 1-4. Only win a blowout at Providence who’s struggling a bit without Hopkins.

Had a Q and A with Ron from Hoyas Rivals. I didn’t have much for him but was curious how fan base is accepting Ed and how attendance is. He said majority of fans thought he would snap his fingers and it would immediately be better. Ed thinks two years. Ron thinks it’s more like 3 now

Wanna thank everyone fore the terrrific support this year. It’s been a year of transition on the site in a lot of ways and looks like next year will continue I. That vain. But I hope we give everyone a place to share thoughts and vent(a lot of that lately unfortunately).

Everyone enjoy time with family n friends. Enjoy time off if you have it and remember there are a lot of important things in life that are bigger than the Jays.

I know we are all passionate I know a lot of people on the site don’t know one another and it’s easy to type things you normally wouldn’t say. In the new year let’s try and be respectful of one another. Just remember you probably have no idea what’s going on in peoples lives. Recently a prominent poster lost his father and probably not many knew about it. Many I’m sure have day to day things the being stress to their lives. To everyone peace and goodwill and my hope is a joyous 2024.

And now I will take my advice and on this Xmas eve, remembering what is really important, and get in front of the TV and scream and yell and throw things for 3 hours!!!!

In other news Trey n Kalk did not practice today. Kalk of course cuz of his ankle. Trey because of the hit he took in the Bama game. The team didn’t do much today. Big prep tomorrow so I would expect both to be practicing tomorrow. Let’s hope

Here at Sokol for the action tonight. Minnesota handling Utah St. Up two sets to none. Huge Minnesota contingent here. Great to hear them singing the Minnesota Rouser. Sorry--just had to.

Minnesota will be a handful for us. (if we win--but I fully expect that) They look impressive.

I thought with this process starting to get going with a separate thread for transfers.

BJB has learned from sources that the Jays have interest in a recent addition to the transfer portal. Andrew Rohde, a 6-6 freshman guard from St. Thomas recently put his name in the portal. Rohde averaged over 17 points a game and shot 32% from 3. He was Summit league freshman of the year and also was named to all league first team.

Of course his addition would be dependent on what happens with the Jays roster. Rohde scored 15 pts including 3 threes against the Jays in CUs opener this year.

On a zoom call will Doug and other media. I will give you some highlights when I get a chance.
