Doug McDermott and the NBA Draft

Take a look at this player update on Doug McDermott's Draft page from ESPN from April 2013:

Apr 25 Update: McDermott announced he's returning to school for his senior season. McDermott may be one of the most lethal scorers in college basketball, but he's struggled to catch fire with NBA scouts. His lack of a position and his lack of elite athletic ability mean he generally projects as a second round pick.

Doug is now projected to go in the Lottery. Amazing the difference a year makes. He is now 12th on Chad Ford's Big Board and Jeff Goodman projects him to go 9th to the Hornets.

Another mock draft, seems like the consensus is Doug to the Hornets at #9 by most experts.
