Well, a good chunk of what we're going to be doing here is covering recruiting. Heath's taken the lead on that, and he's been cranking stuff out (look for more tomorrow or this weekend), but I realized I didn't know all that much about what the rules are related to recruiting. I thought it would be a good idea to learn a thing or two, so I did a little research, and I thought others might like to have a resource, so it is here. We can also add to it if there are other questions or comments.
