First thanks everyone that participated in the poll. Second, I have stickied this thread so its at the top for the next week.
We are going ahead with the event at Infusion Brewing. And happy to announce that Ryan Kalkbrenner we be at our event. We will also have members from the CU coaching staff there as well. Still in the process of adding others to enhance the event. Here are the details--
Event will start at 6pm. Plan right now is to hopefully have a Q and A with staff at some point. Then we will begin a live show at 7pm. Kalk will be there for one hour. We will have him on our show and then the rest of the time--(aprox 45 minutes) he will be available for pictures, autographs etc. RTI Threads will be there as well, with CU and Kalk merchandise for purchase so you can get unique items.
Planning to give BJB members and their guests tokens/drink tickets to use for the event.

We have to do a couple of things to manage the event. First this will be a 21 and over event. Second, we need to get a sense of how many are coming to help with logistics and with staffing at Infusion. So send me a DM, send an email to blejaybanter@gmail.com or text me if you have my number. Just need to know how many are coming. You can add to this as the week rolls along. We do have a cap on attendance (if we get that kind of response) so first come first serve. Lastly, looking for a couple of sponsors for the event to help defray costs. We have one lined up already and cost is minimal and a great way to promote your business.
